Founder's Table - A Celebration of 25 YearsAl HAven

Wine is to share, a conversation starter that leads to new friendships. Every taste is an adventure to extend one’s knowledge and appreciation of the uncountable variances that lurk in the newly opened bottle. Twenty-five years ago, Al Haven was the first chair of Vintage Alpine, and continued to chair the event for fifteen years. Today, with his wife, Sharon, and friends Dr. Gary and Nancy Krueger, he returns to share special selections from their private wine cellars, each chosen to illustrate a different aspect of wine appreciation.

Three Bridges Family Vineyardlogo

Located in Alpine. Ron and Cindy Wagner began making wine five years ago. Inspired by visiting French and Italian farms that often have small vineyards on their property, Ron and Cindy wanted to create such a space to share at their home. Currently, they have approximately 400 vines, all red varietals (Italian, French, and Spanish). Their goal is to produce small lots of high quality wines of several varietal types to be enjoyed by friends and family. They strive to use organic vineyard practices. The latest addition to the farm joining their chickens is two Babydoll Southdown sheep, Lucy and Ethel, who provide natural weed control and fertilizer. Three Bridges Family Vineyard has become a labor of love and a gathering place for many celebrations.
