NEW DATE FOR VINTAGE ALPINE!

COVID NOTICE:

Despite all efforts taken, the Vintage Alpine Committee and the Kiwanis Club of Alpine Foundation, Inc. regret to inform you that, as a result of recent San Diego County Health Orders, the Vintage Alpine event scheduled for June 28, 2020 must be cancelled. In addition, while we have attempted to meet all San Diego County Safety Mandates, with only days to go before the scheduled event, we were notified that the event would have to go forward without the issuance of a Daily Liquor License from the California State’s Alcohol and Beverage Control. Clearly, this news places an insurmountable obstruction to the running of the event this year. Please be advised that tickets to the 2020 event will be honored at next year’s Vintage Alpine, scheduled for May 2, 2021, If you should wish a refund instead, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price in exchange for your unused 2020 ticket(s). Please advise us immediately if you wish such a refund. Otherwise, we will anticipate your attendance on May 2, 2021 for what will still be “The 30 Annual Vintage Alpine” event.

event picVintage Alpine began in 1990 and is now one of the largest events of its kind in San Diego County. Each year, more than 600 people of discerning taste from all over the Southwest attend this upscale event. This event features numerous wineries, offering tastings of approximately 100 wines from a variety of appellations. Many of the fine restaurants in the San Diego area provide specialty foods for sampling making this a true taste sensation.

musicianBesides the wonderful taste sensations, Vintage Alpine also features relaxing live music in a beautiful garden setting, a silent auction, and chances for attendees to meet wine and food specialists and discover new favorites.

Allow plenty of time to peruse the extensive Silent Auction, knowing that your purchases will help support projects like Bike Rewards for perfect attendance in the elementary schools, sponsorship of Scout troops, equipment for youth sports activities, an East County Special Olympics Track and Field event, and much more.
